When several of The Pilates School students agreed to be spokes models for their Pilates experience, I thanked them gratefully and left them in the hands of filmmaker, producer, Pilates student and jug-band member, Jon Goward. I was not present for the interviews (though you can sometimes hear me teaching inside) and successfully ignored (well, mostly) the camera when he filmed cover footage.
Like I expect you'll be too, I'm amazed by my students understanding of the work, their personal progress and their unbridled enthusiasm for their "Reforming Lives".
These little films (and there are many more coming) are a touching tribute Joe Pilates' "Contrology" movement system and physical fitness at any age!
